Don’t have ANYTHING delivered.

Only buy through the store.. buying online means they let some Uber driver pick it up, and you may or may not receive the package. If you set a delivery window, and make sure you’re home to receive it, that teenage kid with your expensive order may never show with the items. Never again.. The most advanced company still finds ways to penny pinch and ruin their customers experience before even getting the product.

Edit: Apparently Uber drivers stealing packages is common now, and according to some stories, Apple may or may not believe you and reimburse you. Always pick up in the store!

Very Disappointed..but not surprised.

I've been an Apple enthusiast for years, but I can't help feeling that lately, the company is becoming increasingly inconsiderate of their customers' needs. Their decision to make the Apple Pencil 2 compatible with every iPad except the newest 10th generation feels like a significant letdown and, in my opinion, one of their biggest downfalls.

Apple has built its reputation on providing a seamless and integrated ecosystem, and their commitment to that was one of the reasons I chose their products. However, the fact that the Apple Pencil 2, which is a key accessory for many, doesn't work with their latest iPad model is nothing short of frustrating.

It leaves me wondering if Apple is more focused on driving sales and forcing customers to upgrade rather than catering to the needs and preferences of their loyal users. This is not the Apple I once admired, and it's disheartening to see such a glaring oversight.

I hope that Apple reevaluates their approach and listens to the concerns of their customers. After all, it's the customers who have helped Apple reach the pinnacle of success, and it's important that their needs and expectations continue to be a top priority.

DO NOT BUY AIRPODS

To everyone reading this, DO NOT BUY AIRPODS. They work well and they are easy to use, but there are 2 crazy problems:
1. Price
2. Battery
The AirPods are just WAY too expensive, especially the $249 AirPods Pro, and you won't even feel the difference in the more expensive AirPods. The AirPods 2 are only $129, but they are STILL not worth buying, especially if there's wired earbuds for $15. I know a lot of people would NEVER use wired earbuds, but they're really not that bad. The wire really makes no difference and is exaggerated by everyone and your phone is always on you, so Bluetooth doesn't matter.
The battery is also awful on the AirPods. I have the AirPods 2, but I use wired earbuds and Beats Studio3 instead, since the battery is COMPLETELY false-advertised and it only lasts 20 minutes. The case has plenty of battery and I never have problems with it, but it is REALLY annoying to keep putting the AirPods back in the case every 20 minutes.
My favorite alternatives to this are wired earbuds if you're in public and Sony wireless headphones when you're at home.
The technology for wireless earbuds are at least 5 years too early and I really don't recommend buying any.
